About the teacher

I teach what I've tested on myself

I lived in Germany for more than three years on an exchange program. There, German stopped being a school subject and became the language of everyday life: ordering in a café, chatting with colleagues, finding my way around a new city, making friends with the neighbours.

I took the official German exams myself, so I know how they work from the inside — and how nervous you are when a lot depends on the result.

I have been teaching German for more than three years — to school students from first grade and to adults — and every lesson combines systematic grammar with living speech.

Frequently asked questions

What level can I start from?
Any — even from zero. In the trial lesson we'll find your current level and decide where to begin.
Do you teach children?
Yes, from first grade (age 7) onwards: playful lessons for younger students, and the school curriculum with an eye on exams for older ones. I don't teach preschoolers.
Can I prepare for a specific exam?
Yes: EGE and OGE, Goethe-Zertifikat, telc, ÖSD, DTZ and others. We go through the format, train every part and do mock exams.
How do lessons take place?
Online via video call. All you need is a computer or tablet, headphones and a stable internet connection.
